Life and Fire Safety Survey

Jacktown Fire provides a comprehensive Life and Fire Safety Survey service, offering residents and businesses in their community valuable assessments and recommendations to enhance safety. This service typically involves trained professionals visiting properties to inspect fire hazards, smoke detectors, emergency exits, and other safety features. They may also provide guidance on fire evacuation plans, fire extinguisher placement, and other safety measures. Fire Safety Education

Jacktown Fire offers a Fire Safety Education program tailored for schools. This service involves firefighters or trained educators visiting schools to teach students about fire safety. They typically cover topics such as fire prevention, escape plans, stop, drop, and roll techniques, and the importance of smoke alarms. Interactive demonstrations and age-appropriate materials are often used to engage students and make learning about fire safety fun and memorable. The aim is to empower students with the knowledge and skills needed to respond safely in case of a fire emergency.

CPR Courses

Jacktown Fire offers both quarterly public CPR courses and private CPR courses for a minimum class size of 10 individuals. In these courses, trained instructors provide hands-on CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training and certification. Public courses are open to the community and are typically scheduled regularly throughout the year, while private courses can be arranged for groups, organizations, or businesses. The training covers essential life-saving skills, including CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants, as well as the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively in cardiac emergency situations.
